Healing Past Trauma
A bad breakup, job loss, or a single event can cause trauma and difficulty moving forward. Here’s how coaching can help.
Usually, a breakup from a relationship is happening when we don’t realize it is actually happening. So, when the relationship ends we are often surprised and devastated. There are multiple incidents that occur between people that create degrees of separation prior to what we may define as the breakup. We attempt to prolong or avoid the end to the best of our ability. In some cases, the end is inevitable. Every disagreement in a relationship has the potential to create separation intellectually, emotionally, psychologically and physically. That is what we fear during the course of building and maintaining one. Relationships are very powerful in so many ways because they are meeting unmet needs in our lives. They are also extremely essential in every facet of our life.
Coaching is useful to explore what gets in the way of your ability to move forward from the breakup and to discover your innate ability to overcome those hindrances. The power is within yourself. There are no perfect relationships, there are healthy perspectives, thoughts and beliefs that facilitate our need to relate to eachother whether is is for a season or a lifetime.
